The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) is issuing an invitation to bid on the sale of scrap mixed steel located at Naval Base Ventura County (NBVC) Seal Beach (Ventura, CA). This is a Government Sale.

Please ensure the bid sheet is completed in ink or typed, clearly legible, and signed by the individual submitting the bid.
