Invitation to Bid for Monroe Street Greenway - Central Segment

Project Description: The City of Milwaukie is seeking bids from qualified and experienced contractors for sidewalk and curb construction, stormwater facility construction, asphalt paving and striping, water line adjustment, and water service line relocation and replacement for the central segment of the City’s Monroe Street Greenway Project. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work.
City utilizes Euna Procurement Bonfire for its electronic procurement system. Register or sign in to access the solicitation documents, be added to the distribution list for this solicitation’s automatic notices, and to submit a bid electronically.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 27, 2026.
Bids must be submitted electronically through Bonfire. Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2026, for the purpose of selecting a bidder who evidences the lowest cost. Bids submitted after the deadline will not be accepted. Upon closing, submitted bids will be opened and read publicly.
