The Navy Region Southwest Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) invites you to bid on the sale of miscellaneous non-ferrous scrap metals located at Naval Base San Diego (San Diego, CA). This is a government sale. Please review the attached bid sheet for detailed instructions.
