INVITATION TO BID – Curbside Exterior Improvements

The Central West Virginia Regional Airport Authority (CWVRAA) is notifying the contracting community of an upcoming construction contract opportunity at West Virginia International Yeager Airport (CRW).  CWVRAA plans to invest in renovations to the curbside and exterior of the Terminal to modernize the facility, improve wayfinding, and enhance the passenger experience. This work will be funded by a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) grant.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

Base Bid: Curbside Exterior Improvements, including:

1. Installation of new metal wall and soffit panels on the exterior of the Terminal building
2. Painting exterior wall surfaces and columns
3. Removal and relocation of windows
4. New exterior lighting fixtures
5. New signage
6. Installation of bollards, permanent benches, and waste receptacles
7. Removal of brick walkway and installation of concrete sidewalk.

Add Alternate #1: Parking Garage Elevator Rehabilitation.

SCHEDULE

1. Advertisement Date: Wednesday, October 8, 2025
2. Pre-Bid Meeting: Wednesday, October 15, 2025
3. Bid Due Date: Wednesday, October 29, 2025

Notice to Proceed will be issued following receipt of the FAA grant. The anticipated contract duration is 270 calendar days.
