Invitation to Bid - Courthouse Landscape

The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas, will accept sealed bids for one (1) Courthouse Landscape Project.

A complete set of project information and bid specifications may be obtained at the Seward County Clerk's Office in the County Administration Building or the Seward County Landfill in Liberal, Kansas. Any questions regarding the specifications shall be addressed to Greg Rice at (620-482-1289).

Sealed bids will be received at the County Clerk's Office in the County

Administration Building at 515 N. Washington, Liberal, Kansas 67901, until 3:00 p.m., July 10, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud. The envelope should be plainly marked as Court House Landscape. Bids will be presented to the Board of

County Commissioners at their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, July 21, 2025.

The Board of County Commissioners of Seward County, Kansas reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and the right to waive any or all irregularities therein.
