INVITATION TO BID - CONSTRUCT SIX (6) PICKLEBALL COURTS

The City of Grantville is seeking bids and/or proposals from a licensed and insured General Contractor to PROVIDE LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES NECESSARY TO COMPLETE THE CONSTRUCTION OF SIX (6)PICKLEBALL COURTS AT 92 POST STREET, GRANTVILLE, GA IN ACCORDANCE WITH BID DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

A mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit/walk through will be held at 2 p.m. THURSDAY, JUNE 26, 2025 at 92 Post Street, Grantville, Georgia 30220. General Contractors may submit questions in writing to agrieshaber@grantvillega.org no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 2025. All questions and answers will be forwarded to all prospective bidders/proposers.

Sealed bids/proposals are due by no later than 2 PM on Thursday, July 12, 2025 and must be addressed to the Office of the City Manager, Construct Pickleball Courts, P. O. Box 160, 123 Lagrange, Street, Grantville, Georgia 30220. Bids/proposals may also be sent electronically to agrieshaber@grantvillega.org. Bids/Proposals that arrive after 2 PM on Thursday, July 12, 2025 will not be considered.

The City of Grantville reserves the right to reject any or all of the responses to the Request for Proposals/Bids; to waive any technicalities; to readvertise the Request for Proposals/Bids; and to negotiate with the respondent whose proposal/bid come closest to meeting the purpose of this Request for Proposal/Bid in the sole discretion of the City of Grantville.
