Invitation to Bid - Commodore John Rodgers - GMP 2

CAM is providing CM services to the Maryland Stadium Authority for the Commodore John Rodgers Replacement School and requests your participation in the bid process.

This work is part of GMP-2 and follows closely behind work performed in GMP-1 which included demolition of the existing school, site work, retaining walls and building concrete (MEP systems were also included in GMP-1). GMP-2 work consists of construction of a new 119,000 SF elementary and middle school comprised of steel framed superstructure, metal deck, CFMF exterior walls with brick veneer, metal panels and curtainwall. Other building features are new Aluminum Storefront, TPO Roofing System and interior finishes. The Project is designed and shall be constructed to achieve LEED Silver certification. The school will not be occupied during construction.
