BAT CENTER BOILER SYSTEM REPLACEMENT

The Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) is seeking bids for the removal and replacement of an existing boiler heating system at its downtown Intermodal Transportation Center (BAT Center).

The bid requirements of BAT and solicitation documents are available at no cost at the BAT Administrative Office, 155 Court Street, Brockton, MA 02302 during regular business hours. Additionally, requests may be sent to BAT by e-mail to: jmech@ridebat.com. Be sure to include all contact information with your request.

Bids are due at BAT no later than 2:00PM on May 14, 2025. A non-mandatory pre-bid walk-thru will be held at the BAT Center located at 10 Commercial Street, Brockton, MA 02302 on May 5, 2025 at 3:00PM.

The performance of this contract is subject to the requirements of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and all equal employment opportunity requirements. The contract work resulting from this solicitation must be completed no later than June 27, 2025. This project is contingent on the availability of funds from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration and is subject to the terms and conditions of the grant agreement and the availability of funds from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Transportation.
