Invitation to Bid- As-Needed Provisional Security Services

Project Description: The Housing Authority of City of Alameda is seeking bids for as-needed provisional security services for the AHA properties. In order to maintain a level of security at these residential and commercial locations as may be requested from time to time. Locations may, however, be added or deleted during the term of this contract and extensions thereof. Contractor must provide services in a manner that demonstrates sensitivity to the fact that AHA properties are primarily residential in nature and that the needs of the residents are the foremost priority. AHA is requesting an hourly rate for the coverage for the next five years, which may be requested from time to time, including rates for holidays and overtime as may be needed.
