2025-2026 Invitation to Bid - Cleaning Bid, Dishmachine Bid, Paper/Plastic Bid, Produce Bid, Smallwares Bid

The Whitley County Board of Education is now accepting bids for the 2025-2026 school year.

Bids will be opened on June 19, 2025, at 1pm.

Bid Opening Location:
Whitley County Board of Education - Fourth Floor Board Room, 300 Main Street, Williamsburg, KY 40769.

The entire Bid packet must be returned by mail or in person with a valid signature on the signature pages along with the product quote sheets.

Write "School Nutrition - BID Enclosed" on your envelope to ensure no one opens until the correct date.

After tabulation, the results will be presented to the Board for their approval at the next Board meeting. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
