City of Fort Saskatchewan
The City of Fort Saskatchewan is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of Phase 1 of a new Bike Skills Park. Work generally includes:
•        Common excavation and site grading;
•        Supply and installation of topsoil and seed for disturbed areas;
•        Supply and installation of gravel surfaces and trails;
•        Supply and installation of clay material to construct pump tracks (one large, one small track);
•        Supply and installation of wood bike skills features using wood, boulders and fastening hardware as required;
•        Supply and installation of trees;
•        Supply and installation of site furniture and signage; and
•        One year site maintenance for all planted trees and seeded areas
