Civida
This project involves the replacement of asphalt shingles, eavestroughs and downspouts at six (6) provincially owned properties within the City of Edmonton. Civida manages these properties on behalf of ASHC.

The properties include Michaels Park I, Ermineskin I, Ormsby Place I, Kameyosek I, Dunluce III, and Norwood Phase 6.

Optional Site Visit: Bidders are to meet at Ormsby Place I, 6207 – 178 Street NW, Edmonton, AB promptly on the designated date and start time and will then proceed to visit the second location, Kameyosik I at 6904 – 29 Avenue NW, Edmonton, AB. Please note that only two of the six sites will be visited. See Bid documents for details.
