NOTICE OF INVITATION FOR BIDDERS

Rural Housing Opportunities Corporation as sub-recipient of the Ontario County CDBG Farmworker Safety Program #850HR104-22 is seeking interested bidders. The project is located in Clifton Springs, Ontario County, New York. Bids will be sought for the following:

  • Pre-Demolition Asbestos Abatement of an existing Seven (7) bedroom home located in Hopewell, Ontario County NY

  • Air monitoring and clearance during and after Asbestos Demolition

  • The demolition of an existing Seven (7) bedroom home located in Hopewell, Ontario County NY

Bid Bond required: No

Performance bond required: No

Section 3 required: Yes

Davis Bacon prevailing wage required: No

Minority, Women, Section 3 and SDVOB firms are encouraged to apply

Request for specifications due: 2/18/2025 @ 12:00 pm
