Invitation for Tender - Ventilation Upgrade St'a7mes School

SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 48 (SEA TO SKY)
TENDER – 2025 Ventilation Upgrade

School District No. 48 (Sea to Sky) is requesting bids from Contractors qualified to
perform work as indicated in the Bid Documents attached (see folder above Supplier
Attachments Exist). The scope of work is to provide new, complete, operational and tested mechanical systems for ventilation, and controls at St’a7mes Elementary School, located in Squamish, BC.
A mandatory pre-bid site tour and walkthrough for contractors intending to bid as Prime Contractors is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2025 at 11:00am and held at St’a7mes Elementary School, 38030 Clarke Dr., Squamish, BC.

In accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, bids under seal, executed and dated will be received by the Owner no later than the following Closing Date and Time:

Time - No later than 2:00 PM Thursday, May 22, 2025 (according to the clock on the wall in the School Board office reception area).
Location - The office of School District No. 48 (Sea to Sky), 37866 2ND Avenue, Squamish, BC V8B 0A2 telephone (604) 892-5228 fax (604) 892-1038 and be submitted in a sealed envelope to the attention of Mr. Ian Currie, Director of Operations.
Bids will be opened in public. No information or formal decision will be issued with
respect to Bids until the Owner and the Consultant have reviewed in detail all Bids
received.

Inquiries during the tender period must be directed to the prime consultant.  Inquiries are to be submitted by e-mail.  No oral clarifications will be issued.  All changes to the contract will be issued in the form of written addenda.  Refer to Section 00 21 15, 2.1 for Consultant’s e-mail and contact information.
