Invitation for Sealed Bids
The Millard County Sheriff's Office is requesting sealed bids for at least four (4) trucks for
patrol deployment and one (1) SUV for patrol K9 deployment.
Preferred options and equipment:
4-12 Ton crew cab, truck, white in color
1-SUV, white in color.
Motor V8 or Turbo 6 engine performance with matching duty brakes
10 ply tires (including spare)
Bluetooth for hands free telephone operation
AM/FM radio
Remote Start
Heated Mirrors/Rear defrost
Brush/Deer guard, mounted
NOT a bench seat
Rubber floor mats
Opening overhead console
Trailer/Tow package
Door post mounted spotlight capable
30-gallon (or near) fuel tank
Bids should include all fees and costs.
Sealed bids must be received in the office of the Millard County Auditor no later than 12:00 p.m.
on Friday, February 13th, 2026. Bids may be mailed to 50 South Main Street, Fillmore, Utah
84631 or emailed to millardbids@millardcounty.gov. Bids will be opened by the Millard
County Commission in its regular meeting on February 17th, 2025. Millard County reserves the
right to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of Millard County. Point of
