Invitation for Quotes (IFQ) 09-007-26 - H12 Eyewash Installation

The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA), Alaska Air National Guard is soliciting for quotes from qualified vendors to install one (1) brand new Eyewash Station as specified in the attached Invitation for Quotes (IFQ).

Deadline for Receipt of Quotes: The current deadline for receipt of quotes in response to this IFQ is 2:00pm Alaska Time on March 12, 2026. Information on submitting quotes can be found in the attached IFQ. Late offers will be rejected.
