Invitation for Quotes (IFQ) # 09-003-26 – Fire Pump Controllers and HEF Disposal (Eielson AFB, Alaska)

The State of Alaska, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking to hire a Contractor to replace two (2) Fire Pump Controllers (FPC) and the removal of the High Expansion Foam (HEF) system located in Eielson AFB, Alaska. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, materials, licenses, insurance and any travel expenses to complete the work outlined in this IFQ.

Site Visit: A site visit is scheduled on Friday, August 22, 2025, at 09:00 A.M. Attendees for the site visit are required to contact Michael Castillo via email Michael.Castillo.21@us.af.mil or at (907) 377-8590 one (1) day prior to the scheduled site visit so arrangements may be made for a base pass. Additional Information on the Site Visit can be found in the attached IFQ.

Deadline for Receipt of Quote Submittal. Current deadline for receipt of quote submittals in response to the subject IFQ is 2:00 P.M. Alaska time on September 2, 2025. Information on submitting quotes can be found in the attached IFQ. Late offers will be rejected.
