INVITATION FOR QUOTES
FURNISH AND INSTALL SECURITY CAMERAS AT BAT CENTRE

Vendors are invited to submit written quotes to the Brockton Area Transit Authority (BAT) to furnish and install security cameras at the BAT Centre. Work will be scheduled to commence immediately upon acceptance of the most advantageous quote provided by a responsible vendor and must be completed by June 20, 2025.

The scope of work and solicitation documents are available at no cost at the BAT Administrative Office, 155 Court Street, Brockton, MA 02302 during regular business hours. Additionally, requests for electronic documents may be sent to: jmech@ridebat.com. Be sure to include all contact information with your request.

A non-mandatory site walk will be held at the BAT Centre located at 10 Commercial Street, Brockton, MA 02302 on Monday, April 14, 2025 at 2:00PM.

Written quotes are due at BAT’s administrative office no later than 2:00PM on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, whereupon all submitted quotes will be reviewed to determine the most advantageous offer. This contract is subject to M.G.L. c 30, Section 39M, and Massachusetts Prevailing Wages and Federal Davis Bacon Wage Rates. BAT’s Standard Federal Terms also apply.

BAT may reject any and all quotes when required to do so by the above referenced statute or waive any informality if it determines it to be in the public interest to do so.

The award of this contract is contingent on the availability of funds from the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
