Time and Equipment Rates
Craighead Electric Cooperative Corporation (CECC) is compiling a database of Contractor labor and equipment rates to keep on file for times when emergency or quick response construction help is required. Compiling a database and organizing it from least to most expensive in advance is part of an acceptable bid process. Calling on qualified Contractors in the order established in the database during an emergency completes the process.

You will receive a package containing all the necessary information for submitting your quote. The submission deadline is November 29, 2024.
CECC encourages the participation of small, minority, and women-owned electric power line construction business enterprises. It is further requested that, when possible, majority contractors who require a subcontractor seek qualified small, minority, and women-owned companies to partner with them.
