INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS – MADISON COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH CONCRETE IMPROVEMENTS

Madison County is accepting proposals for concrete improvement work at the Madison County Public Health Office, located at 401 S Main Street, Sheridan, Montana.
The project includes:

• Removal of the existing concrete driveway
• Widening the driveway by:
  • 2 feet on the north side (Crofoot Street side)
  • 3 feet around the curve
  • 3 feet on the west side (Main Street side)
• Installation of a 2-foot gravel trim along the driveway perimeter, where it meets existing grass

Interested contractors must meet all project specifications and comply with applicable local and state regulations. The project site may be inspected upon request.

Deadline for proposal submission is 9:00 a.m. on Monday, August 18, 2025. Late or emailed proposals will not be considered. Proposals will be opened and read aloud on Monday, August 18, 2025, during the Commission Work Session. Bid Selection will be made at the Regular Commissioner meeting   on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, in the Public Meeting Room of the Administrative Building, located at 103 W Wallace, Virginia City, MT.

Madison County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the County.
