Invitation for Bids: Window Shades for Magna Elementary and Brockbank Jr. (545 total)

Project Description: Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit: Granite School District – Maintenance Department
Invitation for Bids (IFB):
The purpose of this IFB is to enter into a contract to provide and install window shades in accordance with the attached specifications.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. However, the District reserves the right to award contracts by individual school locations if doing so is deemed to be in the District’s best interest based on cost and/or project timeline.
Please submit a bid that includes both:
A total cost if awarded both schools, and
A separate cost breakdown for each individual school
Project Completion Deadline: All work must be completed no later than August 10th.
Mandatory Pre-Bid Walkthrough: Attendance at the scheduled walkthrough is required in order to submit a bid.
Walkthrough Date: 8:00 AM, Thursday, May 22, 2025 starting at Magna Elementary (8500 W 3100 S, Magna, UT 84044). Brockbank Jr. (2935 S 8560 W Magna, UT 84044) will be the second location.
