INVITATION FOR BIDS
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
SPRINGERVILLE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT
CONSTRUCT TAXILANE
SPRINGERVILLE, ARIZONA

Sealed bids for improvements to the Springerville Municipal Airport will be received by the Town of Springerville
at the Springerville Town Hall, 418 E Main Street, Springerville, Arizona 85938 until July 14, 2026 at 11:00 a.m.
(MST) and then opened and read aloud.
The work involved includes the following:
SCHEDULE I
Construct Taxilane
SCHEDULE II
Construct Aggregate Access Road
SCHEDULE III
Replace Access Gate
A digital download of the Project Documents and other related contract information may be ordered online at
www.hwlochner.com. These project documents may be downloaded for $30.00. Payment must be made directly
to QuestCDN. There will be no refunds. The QuestCDN project number is 10250456. Bid quantities and
schedules may be viewed prior to purchase under the "view bid documents" section on QuestCDN.
Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond executed by a Surety Company or a certified check in an amount
not less than ten (10) percent of the total bid made payable to the Town of Springerville.
The Bidder must supply all the information required by the proposal forms and specifications and must bid on
all items of every schedule. The Town of Springerville reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject
any or all portions of, the various bid items. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of 90 days from the
opening thereof.
A non-mandatory in-person pre-bid meeting will be on July 1, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. (MST) at the Springerville
Municipal Airport. Following the pre-bid meeting, prospective bidders will have the opportunity to tour the
project site.
The proposed contract is subject to:
