Grounds and Facilities Maintenance – As Needed

The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (RWSA) and the Rivanna Solid Waste Authority (RSWA), collectively the “Authority”, wishes to secure a 12-month contract for as needed grounds and facility maintenance services for any and all facilities owned or operated by the Authority in the Crozet, Ivy, North Garden, Scottsville and Charlottesville Urban areas. Services will be required on an as needed basis.

Sealed bids can be received at 695 Moores Creek Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22902 or submitted electronically on the eVA website until 3:00 PM on March 27, 2025 , at which time they will be publicly opened and read.
