The purpose of thisInvitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain Bids from qualified vendors to providefour (4) All or Nothing™ Drawing Machines and ten (10) Ball Sets for the Texas Lottery Commission.

This IFB is issued in accordance with the State Lottery Act (Tex. Gov’tCode ch. 466.001) and the procurement rules of the Texas Lottery Commission, 16Tex. Admin. Code (TAC) §401.101, et. seq. All Bids submitted in response to this IFB are subject to therequirements of the State Lottery Act, regardless of whether specificallyaddressed in this IFB. All potential Bidders should read and be familiar withthe State Lottery Act and the procurement rules of the Texas LotteryCommission.

Bidders should refer to the Schedule of Events contained in the IFB forimportant deadlines. Bids are due on May 22, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. Central Time.Prior to submitting a response to this IFB, Bidders are advised to re-checkthis posting for any possible additional information or amendments.
