The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain bids fromqualified vendors to provide a Video Spectral Comparator (VSC) for the TexasLottery Commission. This IFB is issuedin accordance with the State Lottery Act (Tex. Gov’t Code ch. 466.001) and the procurementrules of the Texas Lottery Commission, 16 Tex. Admin. Code (TAC) §401.101, et.seq. All bids submitted in response tothis IFB are subject to the requirements of the State Lottery Act, regardlessof whether specifically addressed in this IFB. All potential Bidders shouldread and be familiar with the State Lottery Act and the procurement rules ofthe Texas Lottery Commission. Biddersshould refer to the Schedule of Events contained in the IFB for importantdeadlines. Bids are due on March 13, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. Prior tosubmitting a response to this IFB, Bidders are advised to re-check this postingfor any possible additional information or amendments.
