- Summary:In support of the City of Chesapeake Department of Human Services, Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed firms to provide construction services for the Provision and Installation of an Emergency Generator at the Chesapeake Cares facility located at 2255 Steppingstone Square in Chesapeake, VA. 23320. IFB document Pick-Up and Submittal Return: Central Office, 1468 South Military Highway, Chesapeake, VA 23320. RFP documents will be ready for pick up Monday, December 2, 2024. There will be a non-mandatory pre-bid conference held at 2:00 pm on Thursday December 19, 2024, at 1468 S. Military Hwy., Chesapeake, VA 23320. The bid must be received in-hand and time-stamped in the CRHA Central Office located at 1468 S. Military Hwy. Chesapeake, VA 23320 no later than Friday January 10, 2025, by 2:00 p.m. prevailing local time. CRHA contact person: Art Harbin, Procurement Officer, 757-233-6412 fax: 757-523-1601.
