INVITATION FOR BIDS
The City of Woodward will receive bids at the Office of the City Clerk, 722 Main Street,
Woodward, Oklahoma 73801, until 3:00 p.m., on the 13th day of July 2026. All bids will be
publicly opened and read aloud at 3:01 p.m. for the following:
Term of Contract will have two options:
Option 1: Six months, beginning July 21, 2026, and ending December 31, 2026.
Option 2: One year, beginning July 21, 2026, and ending June 30, 2027.

All bids shall be in compliance with the Bid Documents. Bid Documents, including Instructions
to Bidders, Contract and Specifications, are on file at the Office of the City Clerk, Woodward,
Oklahoma. Bids are to be compliant with Standard Specifications for Highway Construction,
Oklahoma Department of Transportation, 2019 Edition, Section 700; Contact Brian Luckett,
Street Superintendent, at (580) 254-8556 with any questions. All bid items are to be f.o.b.
Woodward, Oklahoma.
The City of Woodward reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids or portions thereof
and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
Bids may be held by the City of Woodward for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days from the
date of the opening of the bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating bid items
prior to award of bids.
