Invitation for Bids - Catch Basin Cleaning

CATCH BASIN CLEANING
CONTRACT #3/12/2025-1130

at the Acton Department of Public Works/Highway Division, 14 Forest Rd., Acton, Massachusetts, 01720, until 10:30 A.M. Local Time on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 at which time bids will be publicly open and read.

Specifications and bidding forms may be obtained from the Acton Highway Division ( For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. ) during normal working hours from Wednesday, February 19, 2025 until the expiration of the time for the filing of bids.
Bidding procedures are governed by Massachusetts General Laws (G. L.) Chapter (c.) 149, §44A, and
G. L. c. 30, §39M, as applicable and referenced in G. L. 149.

No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days after the date designated above for the opening of bids.  The Contractor must comply with the all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

The Town of Acton reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities, as deemed in the Town’s best interest.
