Invitation for Bids 2-Cantilvered Slide Gates

Sealed bids will be received and publicly opened and read at 2:00 pm on July 2,
2026 in the office of the Town Administrator, Town Hall, Scituate, Massachusetts for
the following:
The Town of Scituate Department of Public Works is seeking the installation of 2-Cantilevered
Slide Gates and associated appurtenances (including power supply and meter) and key entry pad at
the Scituate Transfer Station, 280 Driftway, Scituate, MA. A Prebid Onsite Meeting (Recommended
but Not required): June 18, 2026 at 1:00 pm. Prevailing Wage Rates Apply.
Specifications may be obtained from the Department of Public Works, Town Hall,
600 Chief Justice Cushing Highway, Scituate, Massachusetts between the hours of
8:30 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Thursday or in electronic format from Traci
Murphy at TMurphy@scituatema.gov.
The Town Administrator reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in part or in whole, as may
be determined to be in the best interest of the Town of Scituate.
