Wise County -Wise County, Virginia Landfill

The County of Wise, Virginia will accept bid quotes for the purchase of a boom truck for the Wise County Landfill. The bid requested is for a 2025 Freightliner with Chassis requirements of 186 â CA w/clear BOC, minimum of 33,000 lb. GVW, 12,000 lb. front, 21,000 lb. rear, 96âafterframe with a Knuckle boom Loader with 6 foot tip with a 4 foot extend, and a 10 foot main boom, hydraulic controls, and having an 18 foot 24 cubic yard body with double rear doors. Must include strobe lights, light on pivot, outrigger strobes, oil cooler, tool holder and heat shield, 7â view camera and boom up alarm, and outriggers.Specifications may be obtained at the Wise County Administration Office; bids will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on May 22, 2025. All questions regarding the Loader and specifications shall be directed to Michael W.
