Invitation for Bids - Asa Waters Mansion - Structural Repair |
The Town of Millbury, acting by and through its Town Manager and its Board of Selectmen, invites sealed bids for construction of structural repair - water table repair at the Asa Waters Mansion, 123 Elm Street, Millbury, Massachusetts, 01527.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 pm Wednesday, January, 28, 2026.
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Large Conference Room in Millbury Town Hall, 127 Elm Street.
Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Asa Waters Mansion, 123 Elm Street, on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 10:00 am.
