Invitation for Bids - Asa Waters Mansion - Structural Repair

The Town of Millbury, acting by and through its Town Manager and its Board of Selectmen, invites sealed bids for construction of structural repair - water table repair at the Asa Waters Mansion, 123 Elm Street, Millbury, Massachusetts, 01527.

Hard copies of plans and specs are available at 131 Providence Street or by contacting Mark Hollis via email at mhollis@millburyma.gov or calling 508-719-8690.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 pm

Wednesday, January, 28, 2026.

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Large Conference Room in Millbury Town Hall, 127 Elm Street.

Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Asa Waters Mansion, 123 Elm Street, on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 10:00 am.
