At which time the bids will be privately opened and recorded in the Office of Procurement Bid Room. Bid documents will be available July 1, 2026 through the City’s website; www.springfieldcityhall.com.

The City of Springfield though its' Department of Parks, Buildings, and Recreation Management is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide concessionaire services at the Cyr Arena located at 200 Trafton Rd, Springfield, Massachusetts 01108.

The Department of Parks, Buildings, and Recreation Management, is seeking bids from qualified individuals, corporations or business entities to operate, manage and maintain a food & beverage concession at Cyr Arena. The initial term of this contract will be for One (1) year, but will include Two (2) one-year in length renewal options, to be exercised at the City's sole discretion. The City intends to award a contract to the most responsive bidder offering the highest revenue to the City.

All questions must be made in writing and received by the Office of Procurement (nwalker@springfieldcityhall.com) no later than 7/9/26 at 4:30pm. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to waive any informality in and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so. The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women (MWBE) participation in all contracts.
