VEHICLE PURCHASE FOR OHA FLEET

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Chapter 103D, Hawai‘i Revised Statues, the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (hereinafter “OHA”) will be accepting sealed bids to purchase a SUV, Truck or Van per the specifications below

The Invitation for Bid (hereinafter “IFB”), Specifications, and Bid Offer Form will be available to download from the State Procurement Office (hereinafter “SPO”) website at: https://hiepro.ehawaii.gov, or the OHA website at: www.oha.org/solicitations beginning May 23, 2025.

Bid Deadline – Sealed bids must be received via HIePRO no later than 2:00 p.m. Hawai‘i Standard Time (“HST”), Friday, June 6, 2025.

The OHA reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bids in whole or part in the best interest of the OHA. Please contact Gregory Chang , IFB Coordinator, at gregoryc@oha.org if you have any questions.

04/02/2025 – NOTICE TO PROVIDERS OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (Legal Services: Labor, Employment, and Other Personnel Related Matters only) – PSP 2025-001 Pursuant to §103D-304 HRS, the Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA) anticipates the need for professional services during the Fiscal Year 2025 (July 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025) and invites interested parties to submit letters of interest and statements of qualifications. All submittals must be received via email by the Procurement Unit of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs no later than April 16th, 2025. Other forms of submittals will not be accepted.
