INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MODOT-FY25-0192-SL,2: MoDOT Bulk Buy Dump Trucks

The Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified organizations to provide Bulk Buy Dump Trucks (Single Axle and Tandem Axle) to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The contract period shall commence from the date of contract award through one year. All dump trucks purchased from this IFB shall be delivered no later than November 31, 2026. MoDOT anticipates purchasing 65 to 85 dump trucks total. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS powered by MOVERS and by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you must notify the buyer of record five (5) days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept any bid responses by email.
