  • Synopsis
    MoDOT seek qualified bidders to demo a portion of the Fulton Maintenance Building. Demo includes but not limited to electrical, partition walls door, office, restroom, mezzanine, HVAC, and concrete floor. Contractor shall install 37’ x 34’-8” concrete floor, 35’-0” x 24’-6” breakroom, install “2” ADA compliant restrooms, locker room, mechanical room, and an office. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at Michael.Yoder@modot.mo.gov five business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Pre-Bid attendance is mandatory prior to submission of bids.
