Synopsis

MoDOT seeks qualified bidder to remove shingled mansard roofing to sheathing and discard debris off-site in a proper manner. Contractor to install High Temperature Ice & Water Barrier over all the mansard sheathing and 26-gauge metal prefinished roof panels on mansard. Contractor to install flashing for a weather tight and complete roofing system. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site Visit attendance is required for bids to be accepted.
