INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MODOT 0000000303SL,1: FY27 CD Rolla Maintenance Building and Striper Building Project

MoDOT is seeking a qualified bidder to construct two (2) buildings. One is a Maintenance Building 167’ wide x 60’ deep x 18’ 5” eave height pre-engineered metal structure with insulation. The other is a Striper Building 100’ wide x 60' deep x 16’4” eave height pre-engineered metal structure with insulation. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Pre-Bid attendance is required for bids to be accepted.
