Synopsis

MoDOT is seeking a qualified bidder to remove existing EPDM roofing, flashing, insulation, then install new 1 ½” insulation, 60 mil black EPDM and flashing around the entire perimeter of the roof per the plans and specifications on the Elsberry Maintenance Building. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site visit attendance is mandatory for bids to be accepted.
