MoDOT seeks a qualified bidder to remove existing floor covering and install new floor covering. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site visit attendance is mandatory for bids to be accepted.
