INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MODOT 0000000184SL: FY26 NW Cameron Salt Dome Roof Replacement

MoDOT seeks a qualified contractor to remove existing polyurethane foam roofing, three-tab shingles, felt underlayment, roof vents (20+/-), flashing and entrance fascia on salt dome structure to decking. Contractor to provide and install 30-year or greater manufactured warrantied composite (architectural) shingles, synthetic underlayment, galvanized flashing and 750 metal roof vents along with any additional items for a complete and watertight roof system. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site Visit attendance is mandatory for bids to be accepted.
