INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MODOT 0000000137SL,4: FY26 SL St. Clair Rest Area Demolition and Reconstruction Project

MoDOT seeks a qualified contractor to demolition both existing Eastbound and Westbound St. Clair Rest Area Facilities in its entirety. Including building materials, foundation, slab on grade, sidewalks etc., and properly dispose of debris. New Eastbound and Westbound building outside dimensions will be 57’-06” x 34’-0”. Including but not limited to grading, footings, electrical, plumbing, masonry, carpentry, metal work, HVAC, insulation, etc. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site Visit attendance is required for bids to be accepted.
