INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MODOT NE 0000000017SL: Hot Mix, Cold Mix, and Winter Mix

The Missouri Department of Transportation Northeast District is seeking to to establish a price agreement with multiple vendors for the plant pick up of hot mix, cold mix, and winter mix from various sites by MoDOT NE staff and trucks on an as-needed basis throughout calendar year 2026. When materials are needed, MoDOT NE will use this price agreement to choose a vendor based on factors such as cost, availability, and the project proximity to the plant location.
