INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MODOT 0000000008SL,1: MoDOT Statewide FY26 - Dump Truck 2027 Models - Multiple Award

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified organizations to provide 2027 model year Dump Trucks (Single Axle, Tandem Axle, and Towplow) to the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The award period shall commence from the date of contract award until October 31, 2026. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you must notify the buyer of record, Ashten Lorts, five (5) days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept any bid responses by email.
