INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MODOT 0000000095SL: FY26 SL Broadway Maintenance Building Metal Siding Project

MoDOT seeks a qualified bidder to remove existing masonry wall to existing metal girts and install new 26 ga. Prefinished metal siding. Contractor to remove existing gutters, downspouts, and fascia and install new. Contractor to remove all garage door jambs, passage door, and window trim and install new 26 ga. prefinished metal. Contractor to install trim flashing, ventilation boots around all wall penetrations as required to create a fully functional and watertight system. MoDOT will receive bid electronically through MissouriBUYS, via email, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at logan.wilbers@modot.mo.gov five business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site visit attendance is required for bids to be accepted.
