Synopsis

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) Kansas City (KC) District is seeking to establish a price agreement with multiple vendors for the supply and delivery of Ready Mix Concrete to various locations in the KC District on an as-needed, if-needed basis. When materials are needed, MoDOT KC will use this price agreement to choose a vendor based on factors such as cost analysis of applicable charges, availability, and the project proximity to the plant location. The contract period will be from Notice of Award through August 31, 2026 (with up to 4 optional 1 year renewals).
