    Synopsis
    MoDOT is seeking a qualified contractor to install exterior insulation and metal wall panels over the existing block buildings J, K, and L according to attached plans and specifications. Project includes replacement of pedestrian doors and windows, installation of soffit, gutters, downspouts, and site grading. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at Ashten.Lorts@modot.mo.gov five (5) business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site Visit attendance is required for bids to be accepted.
