Synopsis
Providing a statewide home-based program to assist Missouri families with young children who are visually impaired and who may have other disabilities (developmental delay, hard of hearing/deaf, motor delays, etc.). This program is known as the Missouri Statewide Parent Involvement Network (MoSPIN). MoSPIN provides direct, in-home services to families through specially trained Parent Advisors.
