Invitation For Bid: IFB 25-002 - 2025 Streets Resurfacing (Proposal deadline Feb. 7, 2025)

The City of Powder Springs will be seeking qualified, experienced, and licensed contractors with demonstrated skills and experience in providing construction services for the traffic control, milling, base reclamation, patching, asphalt topping, striping and marking, and all other work necessary for the completion of the project. The aforementioned project scope will contain the following streets: Gwen Drive from Glenn Street to End, Brooks Lane from Glenn Street to Weston Drive, Glenn Street from Weston Drive to Brooks Lane, Weston Drive from New Macland road to Glenn Street, Woodbridge Court from Woodbridge Drive to End, Woodcrest Trail from Woodbridge Court to End, Quail Hunt Court from Deer Chase to End, Longwood Court from Quail Hunt Court to End, Cemetery Street from Jackson Way to Pineview Drive, Kipling Drive from Macedonia Road to Delhi Drive, Calcutta Court from Kipling Drive to End, Delhi Drive from Lancer Drive to Bengal Drive, Lancer Court from Bengal Drive to End, and Flint Hill Road from Powder Springs Road to Sanders Road. This proposal shall include all materials, labor, equipment, and miscellaneous related items to complete this project in accordance with the terms of the Invitation For Bid (“IFB”), any resulting contract, and the construction documents/specifications prepared by Croy Engineering, LLC for the City of Powder Springs. The proposals shall be submitted to 1114 Richard D. Sailors Parkway, Powder Springs, GA 30127, prior to 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 7, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. All inquiries and questions shall be made to racree@croyeng.com on or before 5 p.m. Monday, Feb. 3, 2025.
