Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, equipment, materials, parts, tools, supplies, travel, and incidentals necessary to provide maintenance, testing, inspection services, and routine and non-routine repairs on existing Fire Alarm and Life Safety Support Systems, including, but not limited to, Fire Sprinkler, Fire Sprinkler Suppression, and Pre-action Sprinkler Systems, as described herein.

The services shall be performed at Caltrans District 7 (Building #504), located at 100 South Main Street, Los Angeles, CA 90012, in Los Angeles County.

Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB, for a more complete description of services.
