NOTICE TO OFFEROR:
Sealed bids, subject to the conditions made a part hereof, will be received by the Craven County until 2:00:00 PM, Friday, August 15, 2025 in the Finance Department, Attn: Craig Wilkie, Ford Interceptor Bid, 406 Craven Street, New Bern, North Carolina 28560 for the purchase and delivery of 9 (nine) – 2026 Ford Police Rated Interceptors. The product shall meet the requirements contained in the attached specifications. Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM on Friday, August 15, 2025 Only sealed bids will be accepted. Refer to “Submittal Instructions” for bids, Item 8 for proper mailing instructions.

Bids submitted via facsimile (FAX) machine or electronic means, such as email, in response to this Invitation for Bid will not be acceptable. Bids are subject to rejection unless submitted on this form.
